Overcoming Depression Naturally

In this group you will learn about and explore the various causes of your depression, both psychological and physical.  The group will include working with a nutrition.  You will learn what is specifically right for you so that you can strengthen your spirit and make the necessary changes to your psychological and dietary nutritional imbalances, as well as learning to resolve other stresses from your internal and external environment.  This group will help you to avoid, reduce or eliminate the need for anti-depressant pharmaceuticals and guide you to live a strong and satisfying life.


Building Self-Confidence -  A Psychotherapy Group for Women

This group will help you to find the source of your insecurities and resolve them. 


Open Relationship Couples Group

This group is composed of 3-4 couples in open relationships/marriages (straight, bi or gay).  It offers each couple a way to a) stay or become conscious of needs, boundaries, agreements, b) develop, keep, strengthen or repair trust, c) deal with issues of jealousy or guilt, d) strengthen intimacy and e) receive support.

A one-day workshop on understanding and using the gift of your emotions to heal your relationship with your Self.


Bringing Your Spiritual Beliefs into Everyday Behavior:
A two-day workshop to overcome the challenges of this endeavor
